What counts as a tracked person?
A tracked person is an engineer whose activity EngLedger reconciles into your ledger: someone with synced commits, pull requests, worklogs or AI usage in the period. People with no activity are not billed.
What happens if my team grows past a tier?
There are no hard cut-offs. Above your tier ceiling, overage is billed at A$9 per tracked person per month, so one new joiner never forces a plan jump. Move up or down a tier at any time.
Is there a free trial, and can I cancel?
Yes, a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Cancel any time. Pricing is in AUD, ex GST; GST is applied at checkout for Australian customers. Annual plans save 15%.
What data does EngLedger access, and where is it stored?
EngLedger connects over read-only access and never stores your source code. Full detail is on the security and data handling pages.
